  from authorised suppliers.
* Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual product 
  appearance may slightly vary.
* We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product 
  at any time without prior notice.
* Specifications listed are provided by manufacturers and are 
  subject to change without notice.

* All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
* Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
* In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve 
  the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
* Promotional and sale prices are valid for a limited time 
  only and cannot be applied retroactively.

4. ORDERS

* Orders can be placed through our website or via WhatsApp.
* Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or email.
* Smart Future reserves the right to cancel any order at any time due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
* For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

5. PAYMENT

We currently accept the following payment methods:
* Cash on Delivery (COD) — available across Pakistan
* Bank Transfer — details provided on request via WhatsApp
* Online payment — where available at checkout

Payment must be completed before or upon delivery depending on the payment method selected.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

* We offer free delivery across Pakistan on all orders.
* Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days.
* Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier 
  availability.
* Smart Future is not responsible for delays caused by 
  courier companies, natural disasters, or circumstances 
  beyond our control.
* Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon 
  delivery.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

* Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective or damaged products only.
* Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is confirmed defective.
* We do not accept returns for products that have been installed, used, or damaged by the customer.

8. WARRANTY
——————————————————————————

* All Smart Future products come with a minimum 7 Days Check warranty against manufacturing defects.

* Warranty does NOT cover the following:
  - Burnt or damaged products due to voltage fluctuations, 
    power surges, or unstable electricity supply
  - Physical damage, cracks, or breakage
  - Water damage or exposure to moisture
  - Damage caused by incorrect installation
  - Damage caused by misuse or negligence
  - Products that have been tampered with or repaired 
    by unauthorised persons

* IMPORTANT: Pakistan's electricity supply can be unstable. 
  We strongly recommend installing a voltage protector (VA Protector) alongside any      smart device to prevent damage from power surges. Burnt devices due to voltage issues will not be accepted for warranty claims under any circumstances.

* To claim warranty, contact us on WhatsApp with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.

* Smart Future reserves the right to assess and approve or reject any warranty claim at its sole discretion.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

* You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this website without prior written permission.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

* Smart Future is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
* Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product in question.
* Smart Future is not responsible for any electrical damage caused by incorrect installation of our products. We  strongly recommend professional installation for all electrical devices.
